Shipping & Delivery
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Firmology products.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. An estimated delivery timeline will be shown at checkout and shared with you via email and/or SMS once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor the status of your shipment through our logistics partner.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across most locations in India. However, certain pin codes may be non-serviceable. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of placing the order.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order cannot be delivered due to unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be cancelled and returned to us. In such cases, shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Firmology will not be liable for delays caused by such factors.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Firmology will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is delivered and verified by our team.
Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk of the product pass to you upon successful delivery.
