Why is an unboxing video required?

An unboxing video helps ensure transparency and protects both you and us from transit damage, tampering, or incorrect claims. It allows us to verify the issue and resolve your request quickly and fairly.


Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your order appears lost or has been mishandled by the courier, please first contact the courier using your tracking details.

Once confirmed as lost or misdelivered, email us with:

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment where applicable.
